Tickets will be mailed beginning June 1st. All mail, fax, and online orders received within 10 days of the performance will be held at the Ewing Manor box office’s “will call” for pick-up on the evening of the performance. The box office’s “will call” opens at 5:00 p.m.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL--NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
However, if you return your ticket(s) to the box office at least one hour before the performance, you can request a tax receipt indicating that you have made a donation of the cash value of the ticket(s) to the Festival.
All exchanges are based on availability and must include the actual paper tickets, if they have been received.
Non Flex-Pass holders - Exchanges are $2 per ticket up to 48 hours before the show afterwards there is a $5 per ticket charge.
After a performance begins, NO exchanges are possible.
Seat assignments are valid only until curtain time.
Latecomers will be seated only during an appropriate break in the play’s action in available seats, as determined by the House Manager.
The Festival is committed to outdoor theatre, even through the occasional sprinkle. Please wear comfortable clothes and pack an umbrella when there are clouds.
Tune to WGLT 89.1 (Bloomington-Normal) or WKSC 103.5 (Peoria) before 5 p.m. for performance cancellation announcements due to bad weather conditions.
If the cancellation has not been announced on WGLT or WKSC radio before 5 p.m., the show will go on.

The Festival performs through light showers.
Should any performances be rained out before the first intermission, patrons have two business days to exchange their ticket(s) for another performance. If a performance is stopped after the first intermission, the evening will be considered complete and NO ticket exchanges will be possible.
